These lovely solid gates are made to a high standard with a mortice and tenon frame construction. 

They are made with vertical boards A FULL 20MM THICK FINISHED SIZE. Most cheaper gates use 14mm finished boards and therefore less sturdy. Please do not confuse these gates with the cheaper versions available. These are TOP QUALITY STRONG gates that represent great value.

The total gate  thickness is 45mm.
