Returns and Delivery Policy
1/ Delivery charges quoted are for the UK Mainland. Highlands, Islands and Overseas: Please enquire for a quotation.
2/ Availibility
Our standard delivery service for most U.K. orders is 3-5 days (Subject to availability). If we are temporarily out of stock of any item we will contact you and advise of any delay. For bespoke products please enquire as leadtimes vary from time to time.
3/ Cancellation of orders
Once an order has been placed, it may only be cancelled before the order is processed. Please contact us immediately and we will notify you if the order has been processed.
4/ Returning damaged, defective or incorrect goods Please notify us within 3 working days of receipt any damaged, faulty or incorrect items. We will provide you with a returns number and agree with you how the goods should be returned. As soon as the goods have been received we will issue you with a full refund or supply replacement goods. The goods must be returned to us unused and if possible in the original packaging together with the receipt. If the original packaging is not available you should use similar packaging to prevent damage. Please note that goods will only be replaced if they are faulty or differs in any way with the specifications supplied by yourselves.
5/ Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a returns number. Goods must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that there is a restocking charge of 25%. |
