Payment
All internet payments are made through PAYPAL, if you have not used paypal before follow the onscreen instructions when you are put through to the Paypal site.
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and cheques or postal orders denominated in pounds sterling as payment for orders placed over the telephone. Your order will be processed once we have received payment or cheque clears. Please note that if we do not receive payment within 28 days your order will be cancelled.
Cancellation of orders
Once an order has been placed, it may only be cancelled before the order is processed. Please contact us immediately and we will notify you if the order has been processed.
Damaged Goods
When goods are delivered, please check carefully on arrival that the goods and/or packaging are in good condition. If the goods and packaging are in good condition, please sign 'received in good condition ' accordingly. If however, there are any signs of damage, pleae CLEARLY mark the delivery note accordingly. If this is not done correctly, it can effect the claim with our carriers. If your goods have unfortunately been damaged in transit, we require that you notify us in writing and send us a picture or reasonable evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the goods. At this stage we reserve the right to offer a part refund for the damage or to replace the damaged item with a good one or to issue a refund for the item.
Upon contacting us we will provide you with a returns number and agree with you how the goods should be returned. As soon as the goods have been received we will issue you with a full refund or supply replacement goods. The goods must be returned to us unused and if possible in the original packaging together with the receipt. If the original packaging is not available you should use similar packaging to prevent damage. Please note that goods will only be replaced if they are faulty or differs in any way with the specifications supplied by yourselves.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a returns number. Goods must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that there is a restocking/handling charge of 25%.
